   Robert Schnell is an ASE Certified Advanced Level Master Technician and has been the Lead Automotive Technician at every Repair Shop he has worked in the past 20 years.
   during his lead tech years for Hertz Rental Car, he obtained knowledge and Manufacturer training on Most every Vehicle Make and Model. 
  The Many Automotive Repair Shops that  know him will contend that he is always there to help, not only for Dealer Diagnostics but for other repair shops that need advice on a vehicle or to send a vehicle to him for Diagnosis and Repair..  

  Jeff Smyklo has over 20 years experience, excels at vehicles that other repair shops cannot figure out, his work is outstanding and has received several compliments in regards to ability and work performed.  
  His Strength is in all vehicle makes and models and is always willing to take on the most challenging vehicles.

 Aaron Woods has to be considered one of the best young Automotive Techs in the city of Jacksonville, with a lot of knowledge on GM vehicles and has a Great Sense or Feel for Vehicle Noises and what a vehicle should feel like when driven on the road, including knowledge of what parts need to be changed to get a vehicle to handle or perform better when driven.

 Randy Graham is known for his willingness to help anybody.  His Automotive Knowledge and Ability is Extremely high especially for a young Automotive Technician. he has a strong back ground in Cooling Systems diagnosis and repair and has had several vehicles with cooling system leaks that other shops could not fix, that he was able to repair with no problem.

 Gino Senesi takes on the very difficult vehicle repairs, the ones involving a lot of time and ability to put it all back together the same way it came apart.  
  When a vehicle repair requires a lot of time, Gino is the correct person for the task.
